Many of those who liked it commented that it started to work quickly and symptoms of digestive problems, especially acid reflux, disappeared within two days. Others said they were again able to eat heavy, rich or even spicy food after limiting their diet to bland and boring choices for long periods of time.

One reviewer, who gave it a 5-star rating, mentioned that she'd developed food allergies to dairy and even rice, which resulted in frequent stomach discomfort, cramping and bloating. Iflora reduced the symptoms and even seemed to lessen her symptoms of lactose intolerance.

Critical reviews have been few. One writer commented that he was under the impression the product was gluten free, but it actually isn't. Another cautioned that he was already practicing a diet that included a lot of beneficial bacteria, and adding the iFlora product may have actually been "too much" good flora for his digestive system to handle. One or two cited customer service issues as their reason for a low rating.
